Directions: Can be taken once or twice a day, depending on your daily caloric and protein needs.

Take 1 Serving: (2 scoops) 30 minutes before and/or after a workout

Shake canister gently before use.  Combine 2 scoops (35g) with 1 Cup (8 fl. oz = 240mL) of chilled water, or with your favorite beverage or 1% low-fat milk. Thoroughly mix or blend, for 20-30 seconds in a shaker or blender. For maximum benefits, consume within 30 minutes of mixing.

Spoon stirred: if you don’t have time to prepare a protein shake in a blender, no problem! Just add two rounded scoops of product to a glass filled with 6-8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. Then mix it up with a spoon and stir for about 30 seconds or until the powder is completely dissolved.

Maximum Daily Intake: Limit to 2 servings per day. Not to be a sole source of calories in your daily diet. Use with a healthy diet and exercise program.
